Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery (or whatever you choose). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-returnable items: Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked non-returnable.
How to start a return: Email backerman@velvethalo.biz with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.
Damaged/incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
